Refund Policy

How purchases work

Credits are sold through Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”), our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Because Polar is the seller of record for your transaction, refunds are ultimately issued by Polar, and Polar’s own Buyer Terms also apply. We work with Polar to review and approve eligible refund requests.

Prepaid credits

Mythmaker sells prepaid credits that are consumed as you play. Because credits unlock a digital service that is delivered immediately as you use it, consumed credits are non-refundable once used.

EU / UK consumer withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. At checkout you ask us to begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal for any credits that have already been consumed. Credits that remain unused within the 14-day period can be refunded on request. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Unused credits (all customers)

If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us within 14 days at support@mythmakerpg.com. We will consider refunds for unused credits on a case-by-case basis, and will honor any non-waivable refund rights you have under applicable law.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error or see an unauthorized charge, contact us promptly and we will work with Polar to investigate and correct genuine errors. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Polar. The corresponding credits — including any bonus credit granted with the refunded pack, in proportion to the refunded amount — are removed from your balance. Note that payment-gateway fees may not be recoverable on refunds.
